vitaminX
A membership club built with Wolve and Klaviyo, with Vipps sign-up and a 10% welcome offer. Almost 1 in 5 new members places their first order with the welcome code.

The challenge
Before Wolve, signing up gave a one-time discount in exchange for the newsletter. Follow-up after that first order was limited, and an email address alone says little about who the customer is.
Getting the signup was never the hard part. Turning it into a returning customer was.
The solution
New customers join vitaminX Kundeklubb with Vipps in a few seconds, straight from a popup on the site. The moment they join, they get a 10% code for their first order, delivered in Vipps and by email. Every signup arrives with name, birthday, address and contact consent, so the club starts with a complete profile instead of just an email address.

«For us, the value of the customer club is that it gives us a direct relationship with customers beyond the individual purchase. We can reward loyalty, communicate more relevantly and create more reasons for customers to come back.»

The program
Supplements run out, and customers reorder. The question is where. vitaminX rewards every order with 3% in bonus points, where one point is worth one krone off. Orders over 995 kr earn a stamp, and five stamps unlock 15% off the next order. On their birthday, members get a 10% gift by SMS.
«Our customers often buy products they use continuously, so a loyalty model based on points, repeat purchases and meaningful rewards fits us very well. We want the club to reward customers for choosing vitaminX over time, rather than just offering one-off discounts.»

Bonus points on every order
3% back as points, used as a discount on the next order.
A stamp card for bigger baskets
One stamp per order over 995 kr. Five stamps give 15% off.
A channel vitaminX owns
Members, profiles and consent belong to vitaminX, not to an ad platform.
56%
of member orders come from members who have bought more than once
vitaminX left Mailmojo for Klaviyo, and the full Mailmojo list was imported so no subscriber was lost. Wolve now sits between the webshop and Klaviyo, first on MyStore and now on Shopify. Every signup, purchase, points balance and birthday flows into Klaviyo, so each email and SMS can go to the right member at the right time.

88% can be reached by SMS
More than 5,300 members accept SMS, so vitaminX owns a direct line to them.
Two moves, nothing lost
The Mailmojo list went into Klaviyo before launch, and the club moved with the store from MyStore to Shopify.
Birthdays on autopilot
Wolve sends the birthday SMS at 07:45 on the day, with a 10% code.

What changed
vitaminX now has a list of over 6,000 people it can reach directly, most of them by SMS.
Every new member arrives with name, birthday and consent, so vitaminX talks to a customer, not a contact.
One membership system for sign-up, codes, points and stamps, instead of a club in one tool and a list in another.
The longer they’re members, the more come back
Share of buying members who have ordered twice or more, by how long they have been members. Members recruited with Wolve in 2026: 404, 466 and 1,601 buyers.
In under a year, vitaminX went from about 2,000 to over 6,000 members it can reach directly, and the longer they stay, the more of them buy again.
Your customers already run out and reorder. The question is whether they come back to you.
Member totals and welcome code figures are from Wolve on 27 October 2026. All other figures are vitaminX’s own, from Wolve, 12 January to 6 October 2026. The December 2025 figure is the member list brought over from the previous club.

Does Wolve work with Shopify and MyStore?
Yes. vitaminX started with Wolve on MyStore and has since moved its store to Shopify. Wolve connects to both, so every order earns points and stamps, and the welcome and birthday codes work at checkout.
