The challenge

Å skaffe kunder var aldri problemet. Å beholde dem var det.

Å skaffe kunder var aldri problemet. Å beholde dem var det.

Å skaffe kunder var aldri problemet. Å beholde dem var det.

Raz had tried loyalty before. A subscription model that never landed, and tools that slowed the store down. What they wanted was a way to reward returning customers that did not lean on constant discounting.

Kjenner du deg igjen? Det gjorde Raz også, helt til de bygde et program kundene faktisk bruker.

The solution

Kreditt som ligger i butikken, ikke enda en rabattkode

Kreditt som ligger i butikken, ikke enda en rabattkode

Kreditt som ligger i butikken, ikke enda en rabattkode

Raz tested several providers. What decided it was simple: Wolve gives points that sit as credit in the store, not another coupon code the customer has to remember. The value stays with the customer and is used right at checkout.

«De fleste vet hvordan en kupongkode funker, men ikke alle. Kreditt som allerede ligger i butikken er mye enklere for kunden.»

Light on the store

The heavy tools Raz tested made the site slow. Wolve did not, the buying experience stayed fast.

Raz set it up themselves

No developer, no code. Eddie built the tiers himself, and Wolve handled the rest.

The big brands use loyalty for a reason. It works. You just have to build it over time.

The program

Five tiers, from Essential to Elite

Five tiers, from Essential to Elite

Five tiers, from Essential to Elite

Raz customers finish the product and buy again. The question is who they buy from. That makes a model that rewards the next purchases work better than a one-off discount.

For us it is more about repeat purchases than average order value, although bigger orders are definitely a big plus.

The automation

The flows that bring customers back

The flows that bring customers back

The flows that bring customers back

A loyalty program gives Raz something a normal newsletter does not have: who is a member, what tier they are on, and what they have bought. That data means every email and SMS reaches the right person, not the whole list.

More segments, lists and flows lift the whole company a level, because we can talk to customers a lot more.

99% say yes

Almost every member consents to email and SMS, so Raz owns the channel straight to them.

Wolve feeds Klaviyo

Tier, points and purchases are sent automatically, so every flow reaches the right member at the right time.

The flows look after themselves

Wolve keeps content and logic up to date as the data changes, all behind Raz's approval.

The program improved both sides of retention: what customers spend and whether they return.

What it means for

Raz Skincare

Raz now gets more value from customers it already has, creating growth that depends less on paying to reacquire every sale.

Wolve’s impact

Wolve connected store credit, membership tiers, and Klaviyo into one retention system that Raz can run without adding operational complexity.

Questions we often get

Questions we often get

Questions we often get

Is a loyalty program right for my store?

It fits best if you have repeat purchase potential, sell on Shopify and have some order volume to build on. If customers have a reason to come back, there is usually more to gain from keeping them than from buying new ones. If you are unsure whether your store fits, we take a short chat and look at your numbers together.
